Hazel

Ok, so the boys were all excited about getting a new puppy and being the loving, understanding (and animal loving) mother that I am, I gave in and the search began. We looked on Craigslist and in the online newspaper. The boys wanted Husky, but weren't completely set on one. I was a little nervous about the fact that Huskies are runners and that Jack and Oscar always leave the doors open and I was afraid that if we got a Husky, it'd run away. Luckily, the boys saw an adorable picture of a puppy online and fell in love with it. It happened to be a Bullmastiff. We knew nothing about Bullmastiffs, so I researched the breed and it looked like it would be a perfect fit for our family. So, we went and got our little Hazel.







So cute I could cry!

She's just a little angel.



Of course, she won't be "little" for too long! She'll be 12 wks. tomorrow. Here are some more recent pictures.





She's so cute the way she cocks her head to one side when I talk to her in a high-pitched voice.



I just love her face. Look at the way her tongue sticks out.
