Ri is such a hard worker.
Re, finally, decided that I could cut his hair. He kept saying he was growing it out, but Ri kept trying to convince him to cut it.
Here is his "before" picture:

Here is the "after" picture:

Here's the reason that we convinced Reeve to cut his hair:

He's such a NUT!
B got a new bike with his birthday money and the kids have been riding a lot. We have a trail that is about 1/2 mile from our house and the kids went down and rode for awhile. Here are some pictures of them on the trail (I drove down there and walked J in the stroller).

It's probably not such a good idea to have the sandbox so close to the back door.

Later on, the same day, he dumped a box of cornstarch all over the couch, himself, me and the floor. I tried to get it from him as he was running and cornstarch was flying everywhere. I didn't get a picture of that one. :)
Re decided to dress his bird up as a little Mexibird so that he looked like Re in his little sarape (or whatever those things are called).

Here are some pictures from B's birthday morning. I woke the kids up and said that I'd take them out for breakfast donuts. I've never done that before (I don't like them to eat that junk.), so they were thrilled. J got a carrot/apple/raisin muffin, so that he didn't feel left out.

The mail came and B ran out to see if there were any cards for him. There were. When he got in with them, I asked him where the rest of the mail was. Here's how I found it......

It's probably not a great idea to let the kids get the mail. One time, I found a letter out in the snow that looked like it had been there for a couple of days. It was our IRS refund!!
We're going to go to Six Flags tomorrow with a couple of B's friends to celebrate his birthday. Should be fun!

Love the new pictures! I made the one of the 4 boys on the bike path my desktop picture. They are all growing up so fast. Looks like you all had a great time in MN too. Thanks for updating your blog, I check it often.
It looks as if everyone had their fill of donuts! I wish I still ate them :(
It appears the car wash was fun, if one didn't mind getting wet.
I know what you mean about the donuts. I don't eat them anymore, either. My breakfast was fruit....not as fun as donuts, but I don't feel sick to my stomach after eating fruit.
O.k. I love the pictures of the boys washing (or not!) the car AND themselves. Yes, I could tell that RJ was doing a great job! My next favorite picture was of the sandbox being emptied into your family room. I suppose that wasn't your favorite!? Man, those kids are cute/handsome!
